Town of ancient Isauria, inhabited in Roman times
Astra was a town of ancient Isauria, inhabited in Roman times.[1] The name does not occur among ancient authors but is inferred from epigraphic and other evidence.[1]
Its site is located near Tamaşalık, Asiatic Turkey,[1][2] where an ancient theatre has been found.
