Ashwin or Asveen or Ashveen (Devanagari: अश्विन् ashwin) is an given name most commonly used in India. It is related to the name of the Ashvins, the divine twins of Vedic mythology, as well as to the name of the Hindu lunar month Ashvin.

- Ashwin Adhin - Michael Ashwin Satyandre Adhin (born 10 June 1980)[9] is a Surinamese educator, politician, and was the Vice President of Suriname between 2015 and 2020. He is a member of the National Democratic Party.[10] At the age of 35, he became the youngest vice president in the history of Suriname to lead the Council of Ministers. Adhin is a Hindu of Indian descent.

- Ashwin Chitale - Ashwin Chitale is an Indian actor. He won the national award for best child actor[20] for his performance in the film Shwaas (2004) a Marathi language film. He has played the role of Govinda in the Nagesh Kukunoor directed Hindi movie Aashayein.[21] The other Hindi films in which he acted are Zor Lagaa Ke...Haiya! - Ashwin Mahesh - Ashwin Mahesh is an urbanist, journalist, politician and social technologist based in Bangalore. After his education in atmospheric science (PhD) and astronomy (MS),[23] he worked as a climate scientist at NASA[24] before switching to a career in urban development across state, market and society. He is a co-founder of the public affairs journal, India Together. He also co-founded the social technology firm, Mapunity in 2006, and the electric vehicles-based transportation company, Lithium, in 2014. He is currently the CEO of his latest initiative, LVBL Accelerator, founded in 2023.
- Ashwin Navin - Ashwin Navin (born c.1977) is an American entrepreneur, who is the CEO and co-founder of Samba TV, a data and analytics service that measures television viewership using opt-in data from Internet-connected devices and set-top boxes. The company has been compared to more traditional TV measurement firms like Nielsen which rely on the people meter to gather viewership data.[25][26]
- Ashwin Hebbar - Ashwin Hebbar (born 15 November 1995) is an Indian first-class cricketer who plays for Andhra Pradesh.[27] He was the leading run-scorer for Andhra in the 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy, with 299 runs in eight matches.[28] In February 2022, he was bought by the Delhi Capitals in the auction for the 2022 Indian Premier League tournament.[29]

- Ashwin Joshi - Ashwin Joshi is an Indian politician and member of the Indian National Congress. Joshi was a member of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly from the Indore-3 constituency in Indore district.[33][34][35] He represented the constituency for three consecutive terms from 1998 to 2013. He is the nephew of veteran Congress leader Mahesh Joshi, who also represented Indore-3 (Vidhan Sabha constituency) from 1980 to 1990. He is well known for his poetic style speeches.[36]

- Ashwin Balachand Mehta - Ashwin Balachand Mehta is an Indian cardiologist[37] and one of the pioneers of interventional cardiology in India.[38] He is the director of Cardiology department at Jaslok Hospital, Mumbai[39][40] and also serves Breach Candy Hospital, as a consultant.[41] He is reported to have performed the first Cardiac catheterization and Angiography in newborn babies in India, in 1973, the year when he introduced Bundle Electrography in the country.[40] He is also credited with the performance or supervision of over 35,000+ angioplasties and over 75,000+ angiographies.[40]
