Aniela Bianca Delgado Tolentino (born May 8, 1996) is a Filipino politician currently serving as the representative of the 8th District of Cavite in the Philippine House of Representatives.[1]

Early life and education

Aniela Bianca Delgado Tolentino is the daughter of Abraham Tolentino and Agnes Tolentino. She completed her higher education at Queen’s University, University College London, and Dublin City University. Tolentino holds a philosophy degree, along with business and law certificates, from Queen’s University in Canada. She also attended University College London, where she completed programs in philosophy, and studied politics at Dublin City University in Ireland.[citation needed]

After graduation, she worked at a law office in Ireland and later founded an environmentally conscious fashion company in Canada. Additionally, she runs businesses in the food and beverage industry.

Political career

Tolentino represents the 8th District of Cavite, where she actively participates in legislative processes and policy discussions.[2] She has gained recognition for her active engagement in parliamentary proceedings, with one particular moment drawing attention during a candid exchange between lawmakers in a House session.[3]

In 2024, Tolentino filed her Certificate of Candidacy (COC) for reelection, demonstrating her continued dedication to serving her constituents in the 8th District of Cavite.[4]
