Aftab Uddin Bhuiyan (Bengali: আফতাব উদ্দিন ভূঁইয়া; died 6 October 1995) was an Awami League politician in Bangladesh and the former Member of Parliament of Dhaka-24.

Early life and education

Bhuiyan was born to a Bengali family of Muslim Bhuiyans in the village of Ramnagar in Raipura, Narsingdi in Dacca district, Bengal Presidency. He held a Bachelor of Laws degree.

Career

Bhuiyan was elected to parliament from Dhaka-24 as an Awami League candidate in 1973.[1]

Death

Bhuiyan died on 6 October 1995.[2]
