Acronicta catocaloida is a moth of the family Noctuidae.[1][2][3][4] It is found in China,[4] Japan, the Korean Peninsula, and the Russian Far East[2][3][4] (Primorye, southern Khabarovsk, the Amur region and the southern Kuriles[4]).
The larvae feed on Quercus crispula.[3]
