The 2025 Memphis Showboats season will be the third season for the Memphis Showboats as a professional American football franchise and the second season in the United Football League (UFL).[1] The Showboats will play their home games at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium.

Head coach, John DeFilippo resigned along with general manager Dennis Polian on August 10, 2024.[2][3] Both served one season with the Showboats. The team would later appoint Ken Whisenhunt and Jim Monos as Head Coach and General Manager, respectively.[4]
