The 2024 Women's National League of the Football Association of Singapore is the 6th season of the Women's National League since the introduction in 2017.[1] The season began on 21 September 2024.
Summary
[edit]Seven teams will participate in the 2024 season. Like 2023, there shall be no promotion and relegation of WPL or WNL clubs for the 2024 season.[2]
All matches are scheduled to be played in Choa Chu Kang Stadium.
Competition Format
[edit]Teams
[edit]A total of seven teams will be competing in the league. Bussorah Youths Sports Club will not be participating in the 2024 season.
2023 newcomer Commonwealth Cosmos FC, which was formed comprising players mostly from Team Ohana,[3] will also not be participating. However, Team Ohana will be represented under Kaki Bukit SC, in a collaborative effort between both sides.[4]
Eastern Thunder FC, participated in the 2023 season under Admiralty FC,[5] will be playing under Eastern Thunder for the 2024 season.[6] They will be led by former S-League goalkeeper Amos Boon.[6]
