The 2024–25 Yale Bulldogs men's basketball team represented Yale University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Bulldogs, led by 25th-year head coach James Jones, played their home games at John J. Lee Amphitheater in New Haven, Connecticut as members of the Ivy League.

Previous season

[edit]

The Bulldogs finished the 2023–24 season 23–10, 11–3 in Ivy League play to finish in second place. In the Ivy League Tournament, they defeated Cornell and Brown to earn the conference's automatic bid into the 2024 NCAA Tournament.[1] As the No. 13 seed in the East region, the Bulldogs went on to upset the No. 4 seed Auburn, before their season came to an end with a loss to San Diego State in the second round.[2]
