The Catamounts finished the season 22–10, 11–7 in SoCon play, to finish in fourth place. They lost in the quarterfinals of the SoCon tournament to Furman.

After their season ended, on March 11, 2024, Justin Gray was named the head coach for Coastal Carolina.[1] Two days later, the school named Gardner–Webb coach Tim Craft the team's new head coach.[2]
