The 2024–25 South Carolina Gamecocks women's basketball team represents the University of South Carolina during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Gamecocks, led by seventeenth-year head coach Dawn Staley, play their home games at Colonial Life Arena and compete as members of the Southeastern Conference (SEC).
Previous season
[edit]The Gamecocks finished the season undefeated with a perfect 38–0, including 16–0 in SEC conference play. They won the regular season and SEC tournament championships and received an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament, where they defeated Iowa in the championship game to win their third national championship.[1][2]
