The 2024–25 Michigan State Spartans women's basketball team represents Michigan State University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Spartans, are led by second-year head coach Robyn Fralick, and play their home games at the Breslin Center in East Lansing, Michigan as members of the Big Ten Conference.

Previous season

The Spartans finished the 2023–24 season 22–9, 12–6 in Big Ten play to finish in fourth place. As the No. 4 seed in the Big Ten tournament, they lost in the quarterfinals to Michgian State. They received an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament as an No. 8 seed in the Albany Regional 1 where they lost in the first round to North Carolina.
