The 2024–25 Libyan Premier League will be the 62nd season of the Libyan Premier League, the premier football competition in Libya. The season is scheduled to start on 27 September 2024. Al-Nasr is the defending champion. The draw is scheduled for mid-September 2024.

Format

The two-group system will continue for the fourth season in a row due to the lack of a sponsor to cover the travel costs of the clubs. According to a decision issued on July 14, 2024 after it came into effect last season, the Libyan Football Federation allows clubs to field a maximum of three players in the match who hold the nationalities of North African countries (Algeria, Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia) in addition to Sudan and Palestine who are not treated as foreigners. It also allows a maximum of three foreign players to participate.

Teams

On 28 May, Al-Suqoor Club was relegated. On September 6, Al-Borouq and Khaleej Sirte secured promotion to the league.
