The 2024–25 Jamaica Premier League is the 51st season of the top-tier football league in Jamaica. The season began on September 15, 2024, and scheduled to conclude on May 31, 2025. 14 teams are competing in the league, with Cavalier F.C. as the defending champions.

Teams

Fourteen teams are competing in the league — the top twelve teams from the previous season and two promoted teams from the second division. The two promoted teams were Chapelton Maroons and Racing United. They replaced Treasure Beach and Lime Hall, They finished 13th and 14th, respectively, at the conclusion of the 2023–24 season and were relegated to the second division.
