The 2024–25 Federation Cup will be the 36th edition of the tournament, the main domestic annual top-tier club football competition in Bangladesh organized by Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF). Ten participants will participate in the tournament. It will be played from 15 October 2024 to TBC May 2025.[1][2]

Bashundhara Kings is the defending champions having defeated Mohammedan SC by 2–1 goals in the final on 22 May 2024.[3]
