On October 4, 2023, Anna Maria College announced it was leaving the Eastern Collegiate Football Conference and joining the MASCAC for the 2025–26 academic year.[12]

On October 10, 2023 Dean College announced it was leaving the Eastern Collegiate Football Conference and joining the MASCAC for the 2025–26 academic year.[13]
