The 2023–24 Niagara Purple Eagles women's basketball team represented Niagara University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Purple Eagles, led by ninth-year head coach Jada Pierce, played their home games at the Gallagher Center in Lewiston, New York as members of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC).

Previous season

The Purple Eagles finished the 2022–23 season 18–13, 16–4 in MAAC play, to finish in a tie for second place.[1] In the MAAC tournament, they defeated Rider in the quarterfinals,[2] before being upset by Manhattan in the semifinals.[3] They received an automatic bid into the WNIT,[4] where they would be defeated by Green Bay in the first round.[5]
