The 2012–13 Deportivo Cruz Azul season was the 86th season in the football club's history and the 48th consecutive season in the top flight of Mexican football. The season is split into four tournaments—the Torneo Apertura, Torneo Clausura, Cup Apertura and the Cup Clausura.
