"1 Wish" is a song by American singer Ava Max. It was released on October 31, 2024, through Atlantic Records.[3]
Background
[edit]"1 Wish" follows her recent collaboration with DJ and producer David Guetta and 80's synthpop band Alphaville, "Forever Young". The song debuted in Ibiza, where she performed live.[4][5][6][7][8][9][10]
Live performance
[edit]Ava Max appeared on The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular, which aired on Sunday, December 1 on ABC. She sang "O Holy Night" and her new Christmas single "1 Wish". She told ABC Audio why she decided to release a Christmas song this year.
"We all just loved the record when it was done and it was so catchy, it was stuck in our head and we wanted to play it over and over again," she said. "And we thought, 'You know what? Let's just put this one out.' Because I just really wanted to focus on this one record, because I loved it so much … It's one of my favorite songs."[11][12][13]
