This season saw the 22nd Scottish Inter-District Championship.
North and Midlands and Glasgow District shared the competition with 2 wins and 1 loss.[2]
The SRU allowed substitutes to be used in inter-district matches.[3]
The Probables versus Possibles match was played in three thirds of 30 minutes each.[4]
