The 1922 Chicago Cardinals season was their third in the National Football League (NFL). The team played 10 of its 11 games a home and improved on their 1921 record of 3–3–2 by winning eight games.[1] They finished third in the league.

Chicago's backfield featured the Horween brothers, Ralph (L) and Arnold. Both attended Harvard.
