The bogle is a dance that was created in Kingston, Jamaica in the 1990s by Gerald ‘Bogle’ Levy. Bogling is performed to dancehall music.

How to bogle:

• Stand with feet shoulder width apart and knees slightly bent

• Bring elbows to the chest and bend at 90°, open hands and straighten fingers (the palms of you hands should be facing each other)

• Begin to rotate arms in a circular motion in time with the beat

• Move your waist slightly from side to side or forward and backward with each rotation
