There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group or a web site, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Because of those problems, the account has been blocked indefinitely from editing.

If you intend to make useful contributions about some topic other than your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In that reason, you must:

  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
If you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Longhair\talk 21:03, 10 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Dear Sir: As Administrator for Music on the Web® (can be reached at admin@musicontheweb.com), I am very surprised that you would block our account. Username: Cozgem has been editing Wikipedia pages for many years; and, unlike other contributors, we have disclosed exactly who we are and that any and all edits are complimentary; no charge for our services. We try to help people when we can, being experienced in Web design and development for over twenty years. Blocking us, just means that a lot of struggling artists will have to pay for any work done on their Wiki pages (even for minor editing, etc.). It has never been our intention to use Wikipedia for promotion and/or advertising. Every edit we contribute to an article is almost always backed by a third-party source, etc. We have never viewed Wikipedia as anything other than an online encyclopedia.

For example; take the last page we edited - Bill O'Connell (https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Bill_O%27Connell). We saw his album review on New York City Jazz Record and noticed that he had a Wiki page with a warning tag and no Discography for his new release; Jazz Latin (2018). So, we set up a Discography section for him and added three of his albums, with accompanying CD reviews. Wikipedia WAS asking for help (reliable sources, etc.)!!! For your knowledge; we don't know Bill, have never met him, don't have his email address, phone number or contact information, etc. The work (and investigation) we did on his Wiki page was free. I really think you should cut us some slack, as a longtime contributor to Wikipedia in good standing. I look forward to your reply. Thank you. Cozgem (talk) 23:53, 17 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Your use of "we" confirms that this account was shared by multiple people. That's not permitted. There's also a long, long list of copyright issues, and on that last article you edited and which you were using as an example you were adding linkspam. Of course there's also the draft that was deleted as spam. You have addresed none of those issues. Huon (talk) 13:04, 18 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
