Yuko Takahashi (高橋侑子, Takahashi Yūko, born 27 August 1991) is a Japanese triathlete. She won the gold medal in the women's triathlon at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta, Indonesia.^[1]^[2]

She also won the gold medal in the mixed relay event.^[2]^[3]

In 2021, she competed in the women's event at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.^[4] She also competed in the mixed relay event.^[5] In 2024, she competed in the women's triathlon at the Summer Olympics in Paris, France.^[6]
