[edit]This course surveys the laws applicable to the advertising and marketing industries. Topics include the advertising/editorial content distinction, false advertising law, intellectual property and privacy. [edit]The assignment from the syllabus: "You can either create a new entry or substantially revise an existing entry. My target length for your wiki entry is 1,000-1,500 words, although you should go as long (or short) as your topic requires."
