Template:Police Squad! Special Guests (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs)

Delete - clutterful template that serves no useful purpose. Gives undue weight to a single guest-shot appearance from decades ago. — Otto4711 (talk) 23:40, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Template:East-West relations (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs)

No changes since 2006 and doesn't appear to be used anywhere. I propose that it be deleted as well. Kafka Liz (talk) 21:21, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete. This is one of a series of other templates (see below) that are being deleted as a part of the cleanup of the userspace of PHG (talk · contribs). He was recently put on an ArbCom restriction about the editing of history articles, and it was also discussed at Wikipedia talk:Requests for arbitration/Franco-Mongol alliance/Proposed decision#Userspace that he is not allowed to use his userspace to indefinitely archive disputed content. Now that the case has been closed, deleting this template is part of the cleanup process. If there are any other related templates, I recommend just including them all in the same deletion discussion, rather than making a separate entry for each one. --Elonka 21:49, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Temp:Chaldean Catholic Hierarchy (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs)

The "template" is in the wrong namespace, and is redundant because there is a more properly entitled Template:Chaldean Catholic Hierarchy. It was orphaned when I found it, and I believe was just a mistake. Gentgeen (talk) 09:39, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Note, I'm not going to keep changing all these built in templates one at a time to make the links work. You'll have to investigate the hard way. Sometimes, I think all our template cuteness gets in the way of doing things that need to be done. Gentgeen (talk) 09:41, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The template links should be fixed now. Meanwhile, the template {{Chaldean Catholic Hierarchy}} was created at the same approximate time by the same editor, so it's just housekeeping to delete the nominated page. I'll speedy tag it in a minute. Gavia immer (talk) 13:30, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
