This is a WikiProject, a collaboration area and open group of editors dedicated to improving Wikipedia's coverage on Pakistan-related topics. Please see the Guide to WikiProjects and the Directory of WikiProjects for more information.

Scope This WikiProject aims primarily to suggest how Pakistan-related articles can be put in to Wikipedia in an extensible and coherent manner. It also wishes to encourage participation in creating and expanding articles related to Pakistan on Wikipedia. This project also aims to standardize the structure and display of information in these articles. It is hoped that this project will help to focus the efforts of Wikipedians. The scope of the project includes (but is not limited to): Pakistan Pakistan-related lists Buildings and structures in Pakistan Culture of Pakistan Economy of Pakistan Education in Pakistan Geography of Pakistan Government of Pakistan Health in Pakistan History of Pakistan Organisations based in Pakistan Outline of Pakistan Pakistani people Politics of Pakistan Society of Pakistan Images of Pakistan Pakistan stubs and anything else related to Pakistan. Newly contributed articles can be found listed at the Pakistan-related new articles page. Older contributions are archived here.

Participation To participate you would need to follow these three steps. If you would like to participate, add your names to the project members page. Once you have included yourself in the member list, find a suitable department to work with. This project encompasses various departments that may be available in the navigation on the right-hand-side of this page. You can start helping out by editing Pakistan-related articles, helping to complete a task on our to-do list, or contributing to the discussion on one of our related talk pages. If you would like some suggestions, just ask on the talk page. Becoming a member To become a member of the WikiProject Pakistan community, just add {{User WikiProject Pakistan}} to your user page. This would generate the following: This user is a participant in WikiProject Pakistan. However, if you are not very keen on user boxes, simply place [[Category:WikiProject Pakistan members|{{PAGENAME}}]] at the bottom of your user page to identify yourself as a member.
