I am nominating this image for deletion for the following reasons now, due to the changing of the license since the nomination:

Invalid fair use claim, image is used to illustrate the object depicted, and not the banknote

Fails WP:NFC#10c, missing 1 rationale per article

Fair-use image used in a gallery

No critical commentary of the image.

How can you go take a picture of the banknote and claim it as your own? The whole point of the image is to show that the rocks are famous and iconic in the country. Taking an image of them does not show their use in the country. The image can easily be taken out of a gallery and other rationales can easily be added. This is getting a bit boring to be honest, OK maybe the user is a school photographer, aerial photographer, owns several websites and press photographs, I will leave it up to administrators to decide. Personally I think it is another copyvio and he didn't take the picture himself, also if the date 2001 is correct, I'm not sure wikipedia should be displaying pictures of children like this, probably without their knowledge.
