- The fair use rationale fails WP:NFCC #1: This person is alive and well, so there is no reason to assume that a free image is impossible to find or create. (The original fair use rationale was even less valid since this image was obviously never intended for "identification and critical commentary on the film and its contents" - there is no article about this tv programme and there will probably never be, and even if there were, this image would not be very useful; it is not something which couldn't be in any other documentary on the same subject.) - The given fair use rationale is not applicable - this image was obviously uploaded to illustrate the article about the person and never intended for "identification and critical commentary on the film and its contents" - there is no article about this tv programme and there will probably never be, and even if there were, this image would not be very useful; it is not something which couldn't be in any other documentary on the same subject.) Since Freddie McGregor is very much alive and still active, there is also no reason that a free photo of him could not be found or created. High on a tree 01:05, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
