Criticizing how other editors edit is a weak argument. Content is not related to editing style.

For example, pointing out that someone only checks article categories and doesn't create "real content", only points out that they do something you don't, thus helping to complete the tasks necessary for a quality encyclopedia.

Different people have different styles of editing, but Wikipedia is about content, not about judgement.
