Reason: While the restoration of the face is very good, something has gone terribly wrong in the upper right of the background. The has a relatively smooth background, that the restoration turns into a mess. I think that the clone stamp was used where a healing brush should have been used. This is rather a pity: The face looks great, although a lot more flyspecking would be needed to get the rest of the image up to a modern FP state, and the damaged background largely precludes it anyway. I'll try to do something with this eventually.
