Original – Qurabiya (also ghraybe, ghorayeba, ghoriba (Arabic: غربية), ghribia, ghraïba, gurabija or ghriyyaba and numerous other spellings and pronunciations), is a shortbread-type biscuit, usually made with ground almonds. Versions are found in most Arab and Ottoman cuisines.
