- Very good image that many different examples of the subjects, potatoes have a tradition of various looks because they are heirloom plants. There is another potato picture already featured, but it's different, it only shows one example of a specific type which is not even shown amongst these, so I don't think either should be stepping on the other the other's toes...

- Comment: It'd be nice to have the various potatoes identified. J Milburn (talk) 07:55, 21 August 2010 (UTC)
- They're I think heirloom potatoes, ergo, identifying each one would be virtually impossible. — raekyt 12:48, 21 August 2010 (UTC)
- Yeah, according to Andean cuisine the indigenous people of the Andes (Inca?) made hundreds of different types.. I'll see what can be done.[1] --I'ḏ♥One 15:31, 21 August 2010 (UTC)
- They use what's considered native potatoes, these in the picture are a little more domesticated but not as refined as the commercial ones. — raekyt 13:47, 22 August 2010 (UTC)

- Support VERY good EV in Heirloom plant. Adam Cuerden (talk) 13:18, 21 August 2010 (UTC)
- Weak support for its use in potato, but I do feel the heirloom issue should be clarified in the caption. I normally like images like this, but can't help feeling this lacks something. J Milburn (talk) 17:43, 21 August 2010 (UTC)
- Weak Oppose Not as good as the carrot picture or this potato picture, but still interesting. P. S. Burton (talk) 22:03, 25 August 2010 (UTC)
- I'm with you on the carrot one, but I beg to differ on the other potato one. --I'ḏ♥One 03:53, 29 August 2010 (UTC)
