- This fellow gave me a nip on the toe whilst I was photographing a cascade. Naturally I caught it and placed it into a slightly shallower rock pool to allow a photograph or two. I think the image quality is pretty good considering that the subject is under relatively turbulent water. There are only a handful of yabby photos on commons.

- Comment: The image quality isn't bad, but I'm not certain it's adding much to either article at the moment. Is there no way you could be more certain about the species? - I tried a quick Google search, but the majority of hits are how to cook or catch them, which is a little sad. I'll ask at Wikipedia:WikiProject Arthropods, see if they can point us in the right direction. J Milburn (talk) 17:23, 11 February 2010 (UTC)
