Oppose – Low quality. File size is 204KB, that's small. A larger less compressed file would have shown more fine details. It needs a restoration to remove spots and dust. Also there is a large out of focus patch on his shirt (on his left chest and his left upper arm), it's easy to see when zoomed in, say at 150% size. It looks abnormal (looks like a cut and pasted patch, or maybe the scanner messed up for some reason). Good composition and good EV though.
