Welland is the name of an electoral ward of Harborough District in Leicestershire, England.[3]
Geography
[edit]The ward covers the southwestern part of the town of Market Harborough.[4] It takes its name from the nearby River Welland which runs through the ward. It is mostly a mix of residential estates with open spaces[5] and the former Rugby and Stamford Railway passes through the middle of it.[6][failed verification]
