Hiya. RE:

  • "Didn't add an explanation". Ideally, per WP:ES, editors would use ed-summs to provide a reason for their edits. Absent a reason, I couldn't see any justification (convention or otherwise) for the unexplained change.
  • "noted the use of 'Women' & 'Men' on nearly all other unisex name page lists". For myself, in a quick scan through Category:English unisex given names, I note that (even just looking at the "A" and "B" entries), where separated by gender, 6x of such lists use "Male/Female" or "Masculine/Feminine" headings (Alison, Allie, Bailey, Bobby, Brooke and Bryce). Compared to 3x which use "Men/Women" (Ainsley, Ashley and Bev). If anything, this appears to suggest that the convention is in the other direction....
