I made this block because علاء, who is a CU and sysop on ar.wiki and a steward globally said that it was likely you were connected to a blocked account here. I trust his judgement on matters related to ar.wiki and cross-wiki abuse, so I made the block based on that. If he feels that your unblock request here has merit, I'm fine with unblocking you, but as this involves cross-wiki abuse and the possibility of meatpuppetry, I think hearing from someone who is more familiar with your home project is important. Hello @TonyBallioni: and sorry for all these discussions. I'm in reviewing process in arwiki about Wisam, but of course he's confirmed with 3 accounts (User:Anwarsaeed98 + User:Mahdihadi84 + User:Zeina duliami) and he confirmed that in my talk page before few days after the block on enwiki and commons. As you see he's blocked here not for confirm relation with User:IamIRAQI (and User:Hp joker1) but due to suspected relation between them, so of course it reasonable block. Hope we can close all of this discussions until the end on Wisam account review in arwiki. TonyBallioni you should know that after (en + commons) block Wisam nominate more than 11 articles (he create all of it) for speedy deletion under reason "non-notable person", like 1, 2 and 3, so there's strange things here!! with a lot of question to and about Wisam edits in Wikipedia at all! --Alaa :)..! 01:34, 22 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
