Error in you medal list

Thanks for contributing to the List of multiple Olympic medalists. I can see that you have put a lot of effort into this.
Unfortunately, it appears that your information is incorrect. Of Phelps' 22 medals (18+2+2), 9 (7+1+1) are undoubtedly relays, which puts his individual medal record at 13 (11+1+1). Likewise, of Lochte's 11 (5+3+3) medals, 4 (3+1+0) are relays, which puts him at 7 individual medals (2+2+3).
I have reverted your edit for the time being, until we can figure out who's right and who's wrong.
