Information icon Hello, I'm WikiDan61. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more external links you added to the page Songs (Stan Brakhage cycle), because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. While this may be a valid external link, your conflict of interest in the matter makes it inappropriate for you to add the links. Your best course of action would be to mention the availability of your essays on the relevant talk pages, and let other editors assess whether your essays add anything to the understanding of the topic. A Cathedral Tale

[edit]

Hello Tim, it seems that other Wikipedians didn't think that it was suitable for inclusion on Wikipedia. But I've added a link to it on the Powell & Pressburger site and have shared it with the members of the Powell and Pressburger Appreciation Society.

We also recently found another article about ACT (as we call the film). The irenic effect of the Middle Ages on wartime England through film: the example of A Canterbury Tale by Powell and Pressburger (1944). I thought that might be of interest to you as well

All the best -- SteveCrook (talk) 14:38, 18 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
