UTRS appeal

Hello sir, I got to know from my e-mail account that @Deepfriedokra sir declined a utrs appeal (#61157) which was appealed by my master sock. But still I couldn't recover the password for my master sock account (declared in Second Unblock request section in my talk page). So how could I apply for UTRS? I could have done it in this account. Therefore, I apply my request here, not UTRS unless my talk page access is revoked. It happened earlier in 2021 April or May, but I ignored as I was engaged in this account. Please note that I didn't apply UTRS for my immediate unblock as advised by @Blablubbs that I should wait for the response. Hope to get a clarification message from anyone.

Unblock discussion

@Deepfriedokra sir, it's ok. I have much work to do. But if I get another opportunity to prove myself to improve this encyclopedia, I would be honored to do. I declared, doesn't mean I would breach your terms and conditions. You can recheck again if you feel suspicious to me. But it's odd that my request is delayed for long time. Still I do have to wait.. Totally wrong @Deepfriedokra sir that I was paid. Or else I would have declared earlier during the block. If I was paid, later I should be in prison for committing crime on promotion of government officer without concern to the department. Anyways, instead of entering to argument let's see what happens. Pinging blocking admin @Bbb23: as given the time nature on this, we are at the point we either need to deny, accept, or defer to AN - the CU review part is (was, I suppose) done.

I wasn't sure whether DFO wanted another POV immediately, but given the timing it makes sense. Obviously they're as admitted as we're going to get. They clearly can be productive, but their reasoning on why they chose to sock at all seems so dubious of the type that it might lead to poorer action in the future. One of things that's making me wonder is if there are any feasible restrictions that would either reduce the risk, or if it's one of those cases where that's basically irrelevant. Overall, I think there's a basis for unblocking, but am mixed enough I'd either want a concurring 2nd opinion or would back taking it to AN. Nosebagbear (talk) 00:18, 15 August 2022 (UTC)

Frankly, I'm not convinced that the user will be a good citizen if unblocked, but if you and DFO think the user should be given an opportunity, I favor letting the community decide at AN.--Bbb23 (talk) 00:58, 15 August 2022 (UTC)

@Nosebagbear; I just wanted to update my unblock request.

@Extraordinary Writ advised me in an e-mail to get involved in other wiki projects to convince other users that I'm worthy to join or not.

Currently I'm working in Simple English Wikipedia as rollbacker. Also I made almost 1800 edits by now and created over 45 articles. My aim in working there is to fight against vandalism and create articles (when the activity in editing is low in simple wiki).

And please mention this line in the WP:AN.,

@NinjaRobotPirate My unblock request is archived again at WP:AN. Most of the admins are least interested in giving their consent on my request. I would request you that either this request be un-archived again and add more admin involvement; or take it to ArbCom to make things faster. Or do it in your style.
