Super Stars of Dance

[edit]

Hello,

The best thing to do would be to copy the episode 1 table and just change all the info. (Shows are normally given a separate section for each episode). Summary tables can then be added to show who was eliminated, etc. I'll go ahead and copy and blank the table to make it easier to add the info...

--ThaddeusB (talk) 21:44, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I copied the episode 1 table and commented the whole thing out to keep it from displaying. I decided it was easier to edit with the old data as place holders. To make it show up after it is updated, just delete the line that starts "" (found immediately before and after the table). If you don't finish the whole thing, that's OK just hit save with the comment lines still intact and drop me a line so I can finish it. Thanks --ThaddeusB (talk) 22:01, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Another helpful tip for you: If you want, you may copy the contents of a page\section you want to work & paste them on to User:TDI19/Sandbox. You can save interim\test edits all you want (to avoid losing your progress, for example) in your personal Sandbox without fear of causing problems. When its done, just copy back it to the main article (but be careful not to override new content contributed by others in the mean time). Personally, I just use the "preview changes" button, but some users prefer the sandbox method. --ThaddeusB (talk) 22:17, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Can you...

[edit]

put this back in eva's section in the tdi character's page?

"In the 15th episode (No Pain, No Game), both Eva and Izzy were both brought back to the island. Eva targeted Bridgette for saying that she needed to take anger-management classes when she was originally voted off. Eva also harbours a dislike towards Ezekiel for his sexist against females, however it is not shown in any other episodes if this continues. Everyone on the island (except for Duncan) voted her off in the 15th episode, as Duncan voted for Heather, just as Eva did. In Eva's voting tape, she declared that they better not say her name unless they want to leave in body bags. Due to her anger (again) she was voted off also making her the 13th camper voted off, and was sent away in a straight jacket to prevent her from attacking the other campers. However, in "After the Dock of Shame", Eva found a new target, Heather, realizing by now that Bridgette had nothing to do with Eva's initial elimination with Heather being the real culprit, insulting Heather by calling her a "scum-sucking, backstabbing witch". Eva came in both 21st and 15th place."

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Total Drama Action has been reverted.

Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): \bblog(?:cu|fa|harbor|mybrain|post|savy|spot|townhall)?\.com\b (links: http://totaldramaisland.blogspot.com/2009/02/thats-all-folks.html). If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, or similar site, then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).

If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. TDA article getting Hijacked

[edit]

Hello. Could you get in contact with an administrator soon? The Total Drama Action article is being turned into others personal website/playground and thus being ravaged. All corrections are being undone and all requests to stop are being ignored. Thank You.--Halls452 (talk) 04:28, 15 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

About the TDA Article

[edit]

Since you're one of the most sensible editors for this article, is there a way that you can stop these "Glen5544" and "TDAFanatic" users from editing it into such nonsense. I'm not entirely sure on how to do it myself (if there even is a way). I would really appreciate it if there's a way to do that. Thanks, -Bbhinton15 (talk) 06:41, 16 February 2009 (UTC).[reply]

They've just hijacked it again with Sshafiee1659, and turning it into their personal website/toy. Is there anything we can do as they don't seem to get it. Thanks. --Halls452 (talk) 17:22, 21 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Tdi/TDA episodes & Characters...

[edit]

Could you check to see everythings Okay in List of Total Drama Island episodes & List of characters from Total Drama Island articles? I not too sure about all the info. Thanks --Halls452 (talk) 19:52, 10 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, how things been? Sorry to bother you but could you help with the TDI/TDA articles again? Some still insist on"

  • Putting spoilers without permission of the producers,
  • Putting up unsourced "info" without permission,
  • Putting up predictions, fanfiction, and other false info,

This despite been told it is against Wikipedia policy. Also it seems there is now an issue about "spoilers" for the audience in the U.S. as well (i.e. should we put info on TDA until after they broadcast in the U.S. even though the show is from CANADA! Please, help straighten this out.--Halls452 (talk) 01:26, 15 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Re: TDWT

[edit]

I hate to say it, but I've just let the Total Drama articles slide for a while. There were too many IPs coming in and messing up the table. I figured I'll just wait until the season is over and/or there's some discussion on the talk page, then jump back in. —C.Fred (talk) 00:09, 13 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Problems with upload of File:Designstarlogo.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Designstarlogo.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or provided a license tag. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

To add this information, select the appropriate license tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the information to the image's description. If you can't find a suitable license tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. If you need help, post your question on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Orphaned non-free image File:Design Star 5 Cast.jpg

[edit]
⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Design Star 5 Cast.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. ww2censor (talk) 04:18, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Designstarlogo.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Designstarlogo.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ww2censor (talk) 04:19, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

File source problem with File:Design Star 5 Cast.jpg

[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Design Star 5 Cast.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of that website's terms of use of its content. However, if the copyright holder is a party unaffiliated from the website's publisher, that copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider verifying that you have specified sources for those files as well. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged per Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion, F4. If the image is copyrighted and non-free, the image will be deleted 48 hours after 15:56, 21 August 2010 (UTC) per speedy deletion criterion F7. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Salavat (talk) 15:56, 21 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

DWTS Season 11 Week 4

[edit]

If you average the technique and performance scores first, and someone has an odd total (in technique+performance), they're going to end up with a total like 120.5. The .5 can't be there because half points don't exist on the show. This consensus was reached last season. Onesmallnote (talk) 00:44, 12 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for understanding. I wish there was a better way to do this, and if the half-point thing didn't happen I'd totally agree with you. But the way a friend explained it to me is because the points are out of 60, it is like two dances. I don't know. Anyway, thanks! Onesmallnote (talk) 00:48, 12 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

DWTS S11 Week 7

[edit]

Question, for the best dance chart, should we take off the judges score for that, too? Because I'm pretty sure everyone is going to score above a 30, so that means all six of these people would have this week's dance listed as their best dance, when it kind of seems like if they get a 30 on a dance that should/would be listed. Does that make sense? Onesmallnote (talk) 01:11, 2 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a search with the contents of The Sing-Off (season 2), and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: The Sing-Off. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. CorenSearchBot (talk) 00:24, 11 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from The Sing-Off into another page. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in edit summary at the page into which you've copied content. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to make a note in an edit summary at the source page as well. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. VernoWhitney (talk) 14:07, 14 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I might be wrong, but Playiga.com doesn't strike me as a credible/reliable source. Also, there is nothing at AllAccess.com or Radio and Records indicating an October 1 radio release for "Burn".
