Re: Legislative districts of Bacoor & Imus
If Dasmariñas was able to get its own legislative district by name but it is still within under Cavite's representation (it being considered the 4th district), shouldn't it be the same for Bacoor & Imus as these are lone districts as well? That just puts Dasmariñas, Imus & Bacoor in equal footing.
In fact, campaign materials of Lani Mercado & Del Abaya that I saw in some presses indicate "For Congress(wo)man, (Lone) District of Bacoor" not "2nd District of Cavite".

You are now a Reviewer
Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.
When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.
If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Courcelles (talk) 18:33, 19 June 2010 (UTC)

Legislative districts, redux
Hey are you in to re-formatting of the various legislative district articles. Although we'd still leave blanks for political parties especially those pre-21st century, those can have some improvements such as using one table/district instead of separate tables when an LGU is added/removed/changed. Also, we can add results from the 2010 election. Let's use the American congressional districts as a model. –HTD (ITN: Where no updates but is stickied happens.) 18:03, 18 November 2010 (UTC)
- Unfortunately I hate the way some LGU articles are appearing right now with election results, not that I'm saying it's irrelevant, but it appears we're becoming so obsessed with tables rather than real articles themselves, I find too much clutter if that's gonna take place. --Scorpion prinz (Talk | contribs) 18:37, 18 November 2010 (UTC)
- Heh. However vote results seem to be the norm for district articles, unlike for LGU articles. The old suggestion (the one I made in April) is still on the table. –HTD (ITN: Where no updates but is stickied happens.) 04:42, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
- My position has not changed. It will just be tons of article stubs, which can be gathered in 1 single article. I don't see the need. --Scorpion prinz (Talk | contribs) 10:48, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
- I was planning for them to be retained in their respective articles, only the manner of presentation will be different. –HTD (ITN: Where no updates but is stickied happens.) 13:12, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
- If you won't object, I'd be changing the Legislative district of Abra article to the proposed format. –HTD (ITN: Where no updates but is stickied happens.) 04:05, 23 November 2010 (UTC)
- Also, most of the city articles that don't need the word "city" in their titles were moved. It's a good idea to start moving their corresponding district articles to the new names too, such as Legislative district of San Jose del Monte City to Legislative district of San Jose del Monte. –HTD (ITN: Where no updates but is stickied happens.) 05:36, 23 November 2010 (UTC)

- It's simplified now. –HTD (ITN: Where no updates but is stickied happens.) 09:51, 23 November 2010 (UTC)
- Looking at the Abra legislative district, it's really harder to understand it. Though I know a lot of lists have migrated to that format I find it fine, though on the local front it will create a lot of room to monitor the changes in political affiliation, which cannot be guaranteed all the time, rendering the article outdated. I just don't think there is a need to include a remarks column, a footnote will do. This is the same with the 15th Congress where the senators would have to be labelled whether they're part of the majority and minority which cannot be paralled in the House, simply because they vote for their chamber's presiding officer? --Scorpion prinz (Talk | contribs) 01:05, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
