Sorry for the delayed response, I have been really busy. There is no standard length of time, and if the vandalism is racist or otherwise similarly unpleasant as opposed to test edits etc. then it should be semi'd so they get bored. I am watching the article now, if it gets unbearable, post a PP request or contact me directly. Mfield (talk) 20:36, 9 March 2009 (UTC)
Peer review for a possible FAC? This is a new kind of article for me - based entirely on web sources and newspapers. The horror! Awadewit (talk) 18:35, 10 March 2009 (UTC)

Battle of Barnet peer review
Hi Scartol, I am here again to ask for your participation in a peer review. I have expanded this article on a significant battle that took place on 14 April 1471. Part of the Wars of the Roses, it saw the death of the prominent Richard Neville, 16th Earl of Warwick, and Edward IV of England's securing of his throne. I am fairly sure this is a topic in the United Kingdom's education system (high school at the very least), and might be of interest to you as a teacher, especially since the Bard has wrote of it (albeit in two scenes). If it is no big trouble to you, could you leave comments and suggestions at Wikipedia:Peer review/Battle of Barnet/archive1? Thank you. Jappalang (talk) 03:34, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
Thanks

For your outstanding and valuable assistance in getting I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings to featured article. Everyone involved should be very proud of such an accomplishment. --Figureskatingfan (talk) 04:11, 16 March 2009 (UTC) |
Scar, I'm also proud and humble to count you as a Wiki-friend and mentor. Yippee!
Thanks!
Thank you so much for your helpful review of Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell - your close to attention to detail, particularly my pesky problem of switching tenses, is appreciated! Awadewit (talk) 22:57, 20 March 2009 (UTC)
Copyediting
Hi, Scartol. A list I have contributed to, List of Adventures of Mini-Goddess episodes, recently passed an FLC, but Dabomb87 (talk · contribs) has commented on my talk page that it still needs a copyedit. He also named you as a good copyeditor, so here I am. Don't worry about rushing this request, since the list has already passed FLC. If you can just copyedit it whenever, that would be great. Thanks! ɳOCTURNEɳOIR ( t • c ) 04:07, 1 March 2009 (UTC)
- No problem. I shall look elsewhere. Love your word choice, by the way. ɳOCTURNEɳOIR ( t • c ) 17:37, 1 March 2009 (UTC)
- The other user I asked to copyedit, Anne Teedham (talk · contribs), was blocked for using sockpuppets to create "consensus". I guess I'm out of options again... Could you pop by and take a look? ɳOCTURNEɳOIR (t • c) 11:10, 20 March 2009 (UTC)
- Yep, no rush. Thank you so much for your aid! ɳOCTURNEɳOIR (t • c) 02:14, 21 March 2009 (UTC)

Hello again. Do you enjoy copyediting extremely large sports articles? If so, do I have the article for you! (And thanks for the copyedit of Nancy Cartwright, I may have it to FAC by the end of the week). -- Scorpion0422 16:40, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
Séraphîta
I made a stub for Séraphîta, as it's been mentioned in connection with something I've been working on, Torikaebaya Monogatari - thought you'd like to know about it. --Malkinann (talk) 23:16, 20 March 2009 (UTC)
- No worries and good luck with it - thanks for the link to the English edition of Seraphita, that's really helped me to understand why Kawai compared it to Torikaebaya. --Malkinann (talk) 20:45, 21 March 2009 (UTC)
Copyediting request
Hi, I am wondering if you have time to copyedit this article. It has failed twice at FAC and is currently at FAC again. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks—Chris! ct 01:23, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
