Image source problem with File:Global Youth Model United Nations.png
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:Global Youth Model United Nations.png.
This image is a derivative work, containing an "image within an image". Examples of such images would include a photograph of a sculpture, a scan of a magazine cover, or a screenshot of a computer game or movie. In each of these cases, the rights of the creator of the original image must be considered, as well as those of the creator of the derivative work.
While the description page states who made this derivative work, it currently doesn't specify who created the original work, so the overall copyright status is unclear. If you did not create the original work depicted in this image, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright.
If you have uploaded other derivative works, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F4 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 18:08, 30 November 2018 (UTC). If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Ronhjones (Talk) 18:08, 30 November 2018 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:GYMUN Logo.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:GYMUN Logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 18:34, 1 December 2018 (UTC)
The article Global Youth Model United Nations has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Does not meet WP:GNG, WP:NORG. No evidence of notability, sources are currently a Facebook page and an Instagram page, I couldn't find anything more substantial online.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. signed, Rosguill talk 07:32, 18 December 2018 (UTC)
Deletion discussion about Global Youth Model United Nations
[edit]Hello, Sakhir.ali,
I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Global Youth Model United Nations should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Global Youth Model United Nations .
If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.
Thanks,

Conflict of interest on UAE in Model United Nations
[edit]Hello, Sakhir.ali. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Model United Nations, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Pilaz (talk) 11:30, 12 May 2019 (UTC)
- Just so you know, Wikipedia is also not meant for advertising. I've therefore reverted your edits on the UAE section of Model United Nations. Feel free to reply if you have any issues with this. Pilaz (talk) 11:44, 12 May 2019 (UTC)
