A photo of an original page from Leonardo da Vinci's journal, showing the world-renowned drawing known as the Vitruvian Man, created around the year 1492. The drawing and text are sometimes called the Canon of Proportions or, less often, Proportions of Man. Leonardo based his drawing on some hints at correlations of ideal human proportions with geometry in Book III of the treatise De Architectura by the ancient Roman architect Vitruvius, thus its name. The accompanying notes are written in mirror writing and describe the drawing as a study of the proportions of the (male) human body as described by Vitruvius. Photo credit: Luc Viatour

Request of Help to change my userpage
Hi Rfrisbie! Due to your extensive knowledge in Wikipedia, I have asked if you can help me set up a whole new userpage for me. I plan to revamp my whole page to a system you had in [1]. If you could help me out with setting up my page in a system like that, I would be very grateful. My mediocre wikipediage would have problems performing this task by myself. I know my request is rather extensive and will understand if you are unable to help. Thanks. William Pembroke(talk) 09:46, 1 January 2007 (UTC)
- Hi, William. I'll be glad to help. I'll also help you learn a few tricking in the process. I created a show/hide boxes skeleton to get you started. Copy this to User:William Pembroke/Sandbox to create draft #1. Then change dummy titles, filler and colors as you see fit, and get rid of extra sections you don't want. It also is a good idea to make small changes and save them in case you want to go back a step or two. Get that going and feel free to ask questions as you build it up. When you're ready, just copy the new layout over to your main user page! Have fun!
Rfrisbietalk 16:14, 1 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you! I am now done with my page and have placed it into my main page.

Portal Ukraine
Hey man we both seemed to be working on the same problem at the same time with the sister wikis at the same time my version seems to take care of the problem at 800x600 and also doesnt clump everything up at higher res. See if it causes a prob on your end. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Wilsbadkarma (talk • contribs) 03:36, 3 January 2007 (UTC).

Hehe, I got Featured Portal status for Portal:Disasters now! Thanks again for boosting my self-confidence on going for FP candidacy. =) Nishkid64 21:34, 4 January 2007 (UTC)

Gaming the system
Look, I'm sorry if it looked like I was trying to game the system. All my actions were conducted in good faith. The instructions didn't specify who could promote, so I was bold. Agian I apologize. -- Selmo (talk) 04:59, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
- It's going well beyond "bold" for a creator of a portal to close in its favor on an obviously controversial process that still has an outstanding objection. The right thing to do would be to revert your action and let the established closer decide when and how to close it. Rfrisbietalk 12:47, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
I picked up your name from the Wiki dog project page, would you please chime in on this Winston Olde English Bulldogge debate and cast a vote. thank you Headphonos 01:59, 6 January 2007 (UTC)

Navy Portal
Hey man I wanted to thank you for your help on getting the portal good enough to be featured if you hadn't been there I would still be here getting the tabs to work. oh and make sure and add it to your minor help on your user main page. if you want to.
On another note check the list of navy ratings I finally got a review from a list reviewer with some changes that im making let me know what you think.--WilsBadKarma (Talk/Contribs) 02:21, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
- Congratulations! To puff up my frail ego, I'll add it to the minors list.
I'll take another look at the ratings list too. Rfrisbietalk 02:47, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you for the barnstar!!
on the ratings page im going to make the table that has the title of each rating grey so it will seperate them better. --WilsBadKarma (Talk/Contribs) 03:08, 6 January 2007 (UTC)

Portal:Comics
Well.. Since you seem to be the "go to" guy for portals (smile), I'd like your thoughts about Portal:Comics. What can we do to make it a featured portal? - jc37 14:04, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
- I'm traveling now, so I'll take a closer look later. What I noticed right off is at least one pic is too wide for 800X600 displays. A good start would be to check everything out at that low res display. Rfrisbietalk 04:21, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
- Oh, by the way, Portal peer review is the best way to get lots of feedback. I suggest you post it there and I'll put in my two cents along with the other reviewers. Rfrisbietalk 14:08, 7 January 2007 (UTC)

WikiProject Cocktails
Hello. As a professional bartender (at least according to the userbox you added) you might be interested in the WikiProject Cocktails. It is a group of people at Wikipedia working together to improve the quality of information related to mixed drinks. Having more people participate who really know the topic from a professional point of view would be terrific. Please consider becoming an active Participant. Also, if you are interested, a name change is being considered for the WikiProject from Cocktails to Mixed Drinks, and you can add your opinions to the discussion and vote. I hope to see you around. --Willscrlt (Talk|Cntrb) 04:40, 9 January 2007 (UTC)

Userbox Question
Hi, i need help with my userboxes. I tried to make my own displaying my nationalities, but i can only make one succesful userboxfor one nationality, but then when i try to make another my whole userpage gets messed up. Please help Yelir55 22:00, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
- With all the edits, it's hard for me to tell exactly what you have in mind. One thing you could try is a "boilerplate," {{User:UBX/Boilerplate}}. Go to that page then copy and paste the code to your page, make the changes you want and see how that goes. Rfrisbietalk 22:12, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
- I suppose i should have been more specific. I made a userbox using your template in the locations section from your userbox section. But after i make the first userbox and go onto the second, the line between the two doesnt seem right. I think that is what is messing me up. any suggestions? Yelir55 22:17, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
- Please could you give me an example of two created userboxes, one on top of the other and put it in my talk, then i could change it to what i want. Yelir55 22:23, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
- I'll try something somewhere.
Rfrisbietalk 22:25, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
- I feel as if I'm getting annoying. Again it didnt work. ok, Can you make me a test userbox where it shows an italian flag as the logo and says the user is Italian and then the same layout but just making it Czechoslovakian. This is my last push Yelir55 22:51, 7 January 2007 (UTC)

Military List
Hey I have been screwing around with that thing for 4 days now I have even enlisted the help of two other people to look at it and none of them can figure out how to fix it. I think im going to start looking for a different version soon.--WilsBadKarma (Talk/Contribs) 01:28, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
Hey take a look at this wikitable I think im going to try to comvert everything over to this well kinda List_of_Oh_My_Goddess_episodes--WilsBadKarma (Talk/Contribs) 01:32, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
Well never mind my idea with the other list it wont work how I want it too. --WilsBadKarma (Talk/Contribs) 01:50, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
- Everything I try gets screwed up too. Maybe you can adapt the basics in List_of_Oh_My_Goddess_episodes to be what you want. It looks much simpler to implement. Rfrisbietalk 01:57, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
I have a solution if you could just figure out how to put the lines between this table. I'm not using a template so it should be easier.
User:Wilsbadkarma/workpage4 although having the Grey headingfor each rating may eliminate a need to have a spacer in the first place. either way let me know what you think.
- I put in some spacers for you to take a look. I like this much better than that esoteric thing!
Rfrisbietalk 02:42, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
- As usual your awesome! It looks great I'm switching the tables over as we speak. Hopefully just a couple more changes and ill put it up as a candidate.--WilsBadKarma (Talk/Contribs) 03:15, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
- The content makes the list. I'd say it's a shoe-in!
Rfrisbietalk 03:24, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
Hey there is a grey line at the bottom of each description with your color change is there any way to get rid of it?--WilsBadKarma (Talk/Contribs) 08:30, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
- I really couldn't see it, but I hope that took care of it.

Thank you for all of your hard work to The Hinduism portal, it really means a lot to me and to wikipedia. Thank you so much. Arjun 02:13, 15 January 2007 (UTC) |
- Seriously great work at the portal. I think I will go for Featured portal either today or tomorrow. Cheers ! Arjun 02:13, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks!
As far as the Featured portal nomination goes, I suggest you wait until Selected pictures and Selected Hindus have at least 10 items each, as well as having a Topics section. Those additions will make the nomination much stronger from the start, rather than having to respond to likely "objections." I'll add the beginnings of a Topics section tonight. Rfrisbietalk 02:20, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- You are welcome!!! I am going to wait anyway as I think that ten would be perfect. I have just added 2 images, I just need one more. Once that is done I will focus on some new biographies. Thank you for your hard work. Cheers! Arjun 02:37, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for adding the "Topics" section. I am only a couple of Bio's away from having 10. Arjun 04:07, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- Cool! One tip – the bolded name of the article should be a link in portals. I've been "fixing" the existing items. Rfrisbietalk 04:10, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- Okay! Sure, one question...the principle also applys to the selected images? Cheers! Arjun 04:12, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- A "bold link" applies to any "Read more..." style link in the accompanying text, as well as the main link in DYK, News, Anniversary items as well. Rfrisbietalk 04:15, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- Okay, the images are bolded now, I am going to check and see if there needs to be any more. Arjun 04:16, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- Great! It's looking good!
Rfrisbietalk 04:18, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
. Arjun 04:20, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- Okay I am going to try to get over 10 bios done tonight, Arjun has another question. Do you think that we should include more recent Hindus or do you think we should stick with the philosophers? Arjun 04:35, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- Since there's no real limit on how many you can show with the randomized format, I would go for all the top & high importance articles that are of at least good quality according to the three projects' assessments. I linked those assessment pages at the bottom of Portal:Hinduism/Selected Hindu. That way, the "time frame" question takes care of itself – important is important, good is good – don't worry about the time. :-) Rfrisbietalk 04:53, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- Great, I have just added another bio, I am 1 away :). But now I have no clue who to do :(. Cheers! Arjun 05:02, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- Do one more from the List of Hindu gurus and saints (Ramakrishna, Paramahansa Yogananda?) or Hindu deities. I know, how about Arjuna?
Rfrisbietalk 05:04, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for the ideas! I can't believe I forgot all those fine examples. And you would at least think I would remember Arjuna :). Cheers! Arjun 05:38, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
Rfrisbie....thanks for the Portal tip...I promise I'll get the hang of this someday...thanks for correcting my errors, and thanks again to You and Arjun for all the hard work you both have put into this Portal. LeMaster 05:17, 15 January 2007 (UTC)

Help needed
Hi, I see that you made this tab template: Template:Please leave this line alone/Header I have been trying unsuccessfully to make a similar one for my talk page: Template:Sadi Carnot/Header? Since that failed, I tried to make a header bar: Template:Sadi Carnot Browsebar, but couldn't get it to work? Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks: --Sadi Carnot 04:56, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
- Hi, Sadi Carnot. I have a slightly more refined version of tabs at the Religion Portal. Take a look at that, and if you're still having problems, let me know and I'll try something in a day or so.
Regards, Rfrisbietalk 05:10, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks, that looks like an option; however, for the moment could you peek at my browsebar: Template:Sadi Carnot Browsebar. It seems like a no-brainer, but for some reason it doesn’t format correctly. Am I coding it wrong? --Sadi Carnot 05:18, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
- I used a non-breaking space and it seems to work fine. Rfrisbietalk 05:23, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for the help. Continue on with your good template work. Later: --Sadi Carnot 05:32, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the review, now how does it look :)? Also is there any other section that you think is unnecessary? Arjun 22:10, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
- Hi, Arjun. I think it's coming along. To me, the biggest job is to work out some type of automated content rotation system for the "Selected" sections. My personal preference is the "randomized" system. If you don't mind, I also might do some "tweaking" on the format here and there. Sometimes it's just easier for me to do it than to describe it. You alway can revert something you really don't like. Off the top of my head, I don't see anything that needs deleting, but I just added a suggestion to add a "Topics" section. I've been working on the Religion Portal lately, so I look forward to seeing this portal's progress!
Rfrisbietalk 22:25, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks, feel free, Something good happens whenever you work on portals :). And I am a little confused on the rotation system :S. So feel free to create it. Cheers! Arjun 22:31, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
- I would be glad to help out. Is the "randomized" rotation system okay with you? Rfrisbietalk 22:42, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
- Of course, I would be enlightened, the portal is in need of some loving care. I am also going to start maintaining the overlooked portals such as Jainism and some others. Thanks again. Arjun 22:43, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
- Cool! Just let me know what I can do to help with this and the other portals too.
Rfrisbietalk 22:47, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
- The randomized selected article would be nice :). Also since I am somewhat of a beginner with portals, what is the standard for selected articles? Like would you copy and past the intro to the article or would you paraphrase? Cheers! Arjun 22:57, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
What I do is pick "quality" and/or "important" articles related to the portal's topic, preferably with a good image to go with it. I start with the introduction and then add or subtract text from there to get a relatively consistent length for portal layout considerations. That typically turns out to be about two paragraphs. I go for a straight copy-and-paste as much as possible, minus references and extra bolding. It doesn't always work out, but it helps to have a target length in mind when you're deciding to keep or cut a sentence. You can see some examples at Portal:Science/Featured article and Portal:Science/Featured biography. Rfrisbietalk 00:15, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
- Great, I have already seen you at work on the portal. Thanks a bunch, I can almost smell, Featuredness. :) Cheers. Arjun 03:10, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
- Okay, I started by updating the layout a bit. At some point, I'm not sure when, I'll set up the randomized structures for a few sections. Rfrisbietalk 03:13, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
- I just wanted to say thanks for the work you've done with the Hinduism Portal page. It's Users like You and Arjun that make Wikipedia work! LeMaster 14:41, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks, maybe you can muster up some project members to add more "Selected" articles, pictures, Hindu biographies, and (maybe) scriptures, anniversaries, and festivals. Rfrisbietalk 16:55, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah seriously :), it looks great, thanks a whole lot. Do you think it has a shot at Wikipedia:Featured portal candidates? Arjun 15:18, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
- Absolutely. The biggest thing right now is to add more "Selected" content – at least 10 items per section. I expect some reviewers also will ask for more sections, e.g., "Selected scriptures," "Anniversaries/Festivals," and who knows what else. One thing you could do is directly ask the portal peer review volunteers to add their comments at Wikipedia:Portal peer review/Hinduism/archive1. Rfrisbietalk 16:55, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
- I just wanted to say thanks for the work you've done with the Hinduism Portal page. It's Users like You and Arjun that make Wikipedia work! LeMaster 14:41, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks...I just updated the Festivals section with one festival for now...I'll add more shortly...you mentioned on the Wikipedia:Portal peer review/Hinduism/archive1 that you might be willing to create a montly rotation for the Anniversaries/Festivals section if the content could be provided...I'll see that you have the content you need if you do in fact create the rotation. Thanks again, LeMaster 03:38, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
- Yes, I got an "edit conflict" when I tried to add two dates!
I started a calendar at Portal talk:Hinduism/Upcoming festivals. If you can have at least one entry for each month, then I can set up an automatic monthly page rotation on festivals. If the scope of that section is widened to "Anniversaries," then more important Hindu dates could be added. Rfrisbietalk 03:44, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
- Nice!...the calendar of Hindu festivals is great...As far as the monthly rotation is concerned I can at this point provide every month but I'm not sure if there are wiki articles as yet for some of them, however, if the section is expanded I believe that I can find something to fill the gaps or I'm sure someone else can. I think it's a good idea to add "Anniversaries" to the Festivals section...New Guy Questions: Is that just a matter of adding "Anniversaries" to the "Festivals" box header on the Main page? Is there some kind of wiki-committee that needs to meet in a smoke filled back room in order to approve of such things...or can I "act alone" and go right now and change it? btw...sorry about the edit conflict thing. LeMaster 04:40, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
- We're in "Just do it!" mode so go ahead and make the change. I checked the width for 800X600 displays (needed for featured portals) and about the longest the section header could be is "Anniversaries & festivals". For simplicity, it also could just be "Anniversaries". Rfrisbietalk 05:02, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
- Just did it...LeMaster 05:37, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
- I just added more dates to the Hindu Calendar @ Portal talk:Hinduism/Anniversaries.
Two of the festivals don't have wikipedia articles as yet...Geeta Jayanti and Ganga Dashami...I'll work on creating these articles or at least stubs for these two. Thanks again for your efforts. LeMaster 15:38, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
- Okay, I'm working on the structure right now. It will need some cleanup, but the basics will be there. Rfrisbietalk 15:41, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
- It looks great...Thanks for noticing the spelling differences for Geeta/Gita Jayanti...I should have checked that spelling myself. The Portal improvements are absoultely incredible. I have a question, when you changed or "moved" the Portal talk:Hinduism/upcoming festivals to Portal talk:Hinduism/Anniversaries was that a matter of creating a new page or simply changing the name of the old one? Can you refer me to the Wiki section that would explain how to do that? Thanks for everything, it all really looks great! LeMaster 16:51, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks. I'd say it's about ready to nominate and see what other editors want "fixed." A "move" creates a new page and a "redirect" from the old one. See Help:Moving a page for an overview. It's really quite simple. Just click the "move" tab at the top of the page, change the name, and give a simple reason.
Rfrisbietalk 16:58, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thank You LeMaster 18:36, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
Lookin Great
Thanks for adding the topics section, it is looking excelent :) Arjun 16:39, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks, I'm also working with LeMaster on Portal:Hinduism/Anniversaries for the current list of monthly festivals & anniversaries. That's about it from me for FP prep. I'm sure others will want more changes after you nominate it, but that's just part of the process.
Rfrisbietalk 16:51, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
- No prob, thanks for all your hard work. You are truly excelent :) Arjun 17:11, 16 January 2007 (UTC)

Hey if your going to set up his auto rotation use my version of the ramdon portal component that way he doesnt loose his nomination pages and end up having to put a link to it on every article subpage. The only thing since he already has created them you'll have to redirect them to the correct page.
Template:Random portal component with nominate--WilsBadKarma (Talk/Contribs) 03:21, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
- oh and I hope you don't mind I'm going to try to rework the topics section to get the table to center not the text just the tables.--WilsBadKarma (Talk/Contribs) 03:21, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
- Okay, I'll wait to see what he wants. The rotation format I use doesn't use the box-footer at all. I put all the formatting in a "boilerplate," e.g., Portal:Science/Featured article/Layout. That way, I can control all of the content layout on one page.
Rfrisbietalk 03:30, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
- Oh I know I looked at how you did it (since you have your hand in so many portals) before I decided a way to go for mine and I suppose, that my friend is where you and I differ. The reason I edited that template in that way is to keep from having to do what you do. To be honest though it really doesn't matter I just like to feed my ego and go to the template page and click on what links there. Not to mention the more I look that it would probably be more trouble to do it my way. Since he seems to only want to do the images it would throw the rest of the main page out of whack because the other nomination and more... footers wouldn't be in the same format.
--WilsBadKarma (Talk/Contribs) 03:58, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
- I do the other formatting mostly to control image placement & such. As long as I'm there, I just throw in the footer. So, I'll just play it by ear and let him figure out what he wants.
Rfrisbietalk 04:04, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
I wanted to thank you personally for all your help suggesting ideas on how to improve the portal. There was very little I knew on how to construct a portal, and now after only a couple of days of work I think the portal looks pretty good. Your help on where to look to figure out random article/picture selections and the work you did in the Topics section were great. I really appreciate the time you took to help out. Thanks. - Dozenist talk 04:04, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
- You're welcome. It's looking good! I just want to know, where are all the pictures of happy smiles?
Rfrisbietalk 04:29, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
- Heh. Yeah, we do not have many happy smiles on there. :-P - Dozenist talk 15:30, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
Hey, I would appreciate your input if you could give it a quick once over. Joe I 19:45, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
- Okay. I'll give it a featured-o-meter test drive some time this weekend.

Wikiproject Podcasting
I've noticed that you are a podcaster. Well, recently I've proposed a Wikiproject for podcasting. If you're interested go to the proposal page and list yourself under 'Interested Users'. Thanks, and hope to talk with you again soon. Ganfon 19:52, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
- Actually, I'm not. You probably just saw a userbox on a directory page of mine. Good luck witht the project anyway.

Thank you
Thank you very much I don't what to say. I have my next two projects lined up in case your interested List of United States Navy staff corps and United States Navy enlisted rate insignia. Thanks again— WilsBadKarma (Talk/Contribs) 17:08, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
- You're welcome, it's well deserved. You certainly seem to have things well in hand, but if you want to bounce some ideas off me some time, feel free.

Portal:Comics
As far as getting the Comics Portal up to featured status, Portal peer review is the best way to get lots of feedback. I suggest you post it there and I'll put in my two cents along with the other reviewers. Rfrisbietalk 18:45, 8 January 2007 (UTC)
- I did so : ) - And would be interested in your (and anyone else's) insights. Note that there seems to be some confusion about criteria, and some information regarding that would also be welcome : ) - jc37 12:50, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah, there seemed to be a tussle, so I stayed out of it. The criteria are general and reviewers often make comments on past practices and personal preferences. Some time this weekend, I'll take a look at it from the perspective of what I do for portals I'm getting ready for an FP nomination. It might be more than what's necessary, but I have good success with the results. Rfrisbietalk 13:14, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
- By the way, the Religion Portal probably is my best work to date. It has just about every type of feature implemented for a larger-scale portal. The basics for section layouts and a subpaged design are there too. I'm also going to try out a randomized Did you know... feature there. Stay tuned for that. I'm not saying Comics should be that complex, but you probably would have a good model for most things you would be working on. The exceptions would be Categories, Basic topics, and Things you can do. More typical examples of those would be at Philosophy of science. Rfrisbietalk 13:30, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
World's Smallest Political Quiz userbox
You may be interested in User:Audacity/Userboxes/WSPQ, which is a replacement for the old Political Chart userbox. The new userbox takes the two variables (economic and personal freedom), calculates which political alignment they place you into (Statist, Libertarian, Liberal, Centrist, or Conservative), and links your userpage to the appropriate category.
Please reply to User talk:Audacity, as I will not be watching your talk page. Λυδαcιτγ 07:45, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
Great work...
Hey Rfrisbie, I just wanted to thank you for all your effort and hard work in organizing and arranging the Religion portal. Great work! Regards, -- Jeff3000 20:11, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks, it's been fun reading about all the different entries. Have you considered weighing in on the nomination? Also, I took the DYK you spruced up from the Bahá'í Faith Portal DYK. Should that be updated too? Rfrisbietalk 22:11, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
Good evening, I have reworked most of the article and was hoping you might take a look at it and give me you opinion. I'm going to put it up for review once I get a couple of people to go through it. thank you — WilsBadKarma (Talk) 04:15, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
- Okay, I'll take a look, but I'll warn you in advance I'm not so good with articles because I have very little interest in the Manual of Style!
Rfrisbietalk 04:19, 28 January 2007 (UTC) Technically it's a list, lol, well it started out that way, I'm the same which is why I stick to lists and portals. Crap you don't think I will have to put it up for FA instead of FL do you?— WilsBadKarma (Talk) 04:25, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
- If it quacks like an article... The list folks don't know the difference between a list and a portal, so don't expect them to know this is a list
or care. Rfrisbietalk 04:36, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
- Done.
Rfrisbietalk 05:01, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you, as always your awesome. I have it up for peer review on the Wikiproject Military History right now so I guess we shall see how it goes. Oh and I made the changes you suggested and I suppose I'll get cracking on the CNP article before someone on the peer review brings it up.Again thanks for the help. — WilsBadKarma (Talk) 05:16, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
- Cool, just make sure you put it up for regular peer review before you nominate it. Rfrisbietalk 05:22, 28 January 2007 (UTC)

Hey man, I thought I would let you know after talking to a few others including User:Kirill Lokshin the lead coordinator of the WPMILHIST who all believe the article is a list I have nominated it for FLC. Have a good day. — WilsBadKarma (Talk) 15:32, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
- Hey, good luck with that. They shot me down fast, hard and often when I tried to convince them the List of portals was a list candidate! I still think you should put it up for regular peer review. You could ask folks there what they think it is. I can't wait to see how it turns out. Rfrisbietalk 15:40, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
- Oh, I had it up for regular peer review at the same time as WPMILHIST peer review since saturday and asked that question and no one responded. Plus to be honest I hate waiting. — WilsBadKarma (Talk) 16:01, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
- You're about to find out.
