Nomination of The Chronicles of Legalization for deletion

Freedom of speech
[edit]This is off-topic for the deletion discussion, so I'm answering here. I suggest you read the Wikipedia article on the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. The key thing to understand is that the First Amendment prohibits the government from enacting laws to suppress free speech.
