I do not understand and was given no explanation as to why and how the page was "unambiguously promotional". The article cited reliable sources for everything posted on it. This block is entirely unwarranted. This feel like a perfect example of Wikipedia:Please do not bite the newcomers. If the article's language sounded promotional in anyway that language should have been highlighted and I would have been happy to edit it to an even more neutral tone. G11- "If a subject is notable and the content could plausibly be replaced with text written from a neutral point of view, this is preferable to deletion." Since you don't seem to see how your draft was promotional, there are no grounds to remove the block. Wikipedia is not for merely telling of the existence of something and what it does, it is for summarizing independent reliable sources with significant coverage, showing how the topic is notable as Wikipedia defines it, specifically for businesses.
