A black brassière in outer space

The photograph you uploaded in 2009 of an astronaut in orbit reveals that she is wearing a black bra (high resolution version). I have studied countless images from space but I've never seen that before. I just noticed when I was trying to discern what device she was wearing on her wrist.

Earlier, in this other picture, I discovered she was reading the children's book Elmer and the Dragon (a text I'd never heard of) in the cupola. It was curiosity about that that first set me zooming into obscure detail, so I added the latter picture to the article about the book. Spideog (talk) 14:46, 18 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
