[edit]
Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Request reason:

Berean Hunter, SQL, I'm writing on behalf of account InstantExample: I did NOT create account Moodsey - you can clearly see that account creation for my IP address was restricted a long time ago by a <redacted personal attack>. Account Moodsey only exists in another language Wikipedia and must have been automatically generated by the English-language Wikipedia after switching languages while reading an article. My account is InstantExample and I want it unblocked. Yamla, please explain why you revoked access to the talk page on my account InstantExample. Moodsey (talk) 22:10, 21 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

See below. Continued personal attacks in unblock requests are not tolerated.

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Stop hand
Your ability to edit this talk page has been revoked as an administrator has identified your talk page edits as inappropriate and/or disruptive.

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.

Anyone can see where and WHEN this account was created, see https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth/Moodsey (Hint: It was today). Your available venues (for now) to appeal this block are WP:UTRS, or ArbCom. Creating more accounts on other wikis, then using them here is only going to make it more difficult for you to make the case that you should be unblocked.
