You appear to have a close connection to the subject on Wikipedia that raises concerns about a conflict of interest. Contested deletion

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because it's sharing information about the university with general public. No text is in anyway promotional in nature. The text are merely explaining about the university and it's programmes. If it is deemed promotional, please let me know which text is promotional and i'll make the necessary amendments.
